WA Winter Storm
It's been labeled "stormageddon". Simply translated, a few days stuck in the house. I know it's not been easy for those that have to get out and work or travel in it, or who have lost power. But I had to go out and take a few pictures.
Interesting the impact of ice on the trees. This lot sits across the road from our house. Wednesday, the day it was only snowing:
As a comparison, below is Thursday, the ice storm. We could hear the branches and trees snapping under the weight of the ice.
They look sad, don't they?
